Pickup Deadline: All purchases must be removed within Seven (7) business days following the close of the auction unless otherwise stated in the auction listing.

Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor, packing materials, equipment, and transportation. Auction staff is not responsible for loading, dismantling, or packaging purchases unless specifically stated.

A buyer may authorize another person to pick up purchases on their behalf.

Items not removed by the published deadline may be subject to storage fees, deemed abandoned, resold, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the Personal Property Terms & Conditions. Any extension of the pickup deadline is granted solely at Auctioneer's discretion.
